THREE WEEKS!?

It has been three weeks since our last post! Where did the time go? Until about 30 seconds before the time of writing this, I thought it had been 2!

Better late than never, though, right?

Welcome back to Standing Waves world. The reason for the little break has been that I was off skiving on my jollies, and Ryan & John have been leading their very busy lives, but do not despair, we are back.

And we are back with progress.

We found that guitarist! Since Bob left us back in August we've had an uphill struggle finding the final piece to our puzzle, but now it has fallen into place. So a very warm welcome to Danny, our new lead guitarist, with whom we were all immediately very impressed. The songs we've had written prior to meeting him have all been lifted to another level, and we sunk right into writing with Danny to find that the overall sound has massively improved. Needless to say we are all very excited.

There's not much more to add to this week, things are quietening down for Christmas. Best wishes for the festive season and we will be back with vengeance in the New Year.
